If you could change one law or make a new law or change one thing about the United States laws, government or constitution what would it be and why? I would love to hear from people all over this country and all over the world and I will post mine in time.

FOOD, FOOD, FOOD!

I have recently tried three new resturaunts in Tulsa, Oklahoma and as usual have something to say about each of them. If you love excellent sushi and other asian dishes and do not mind paying for it then Sushi Hana is the place to go. My son and I visited for the first time for dinner a few weeks ago and it was very impressive. Food an A+, presentation an A+ , service an A+ and environment an A+ I am literally planning when we can return and setting aside some money. The prices for fresh seafood and the quality are not outrageous but are up there however some of the dishes, especially the soups and asian entrees give you large portions. The location is on Riverside parkway in the same center as Red Rock Canyon Grill and Micheal Fuscos, 9904 Riverside Parkway-918-528-6688. I give Hana Sushi four forks up!

Tucked on the corner of main street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is MainStreet Tavern where I had a delicous and very filling lunch . The interior is clean, modern, dark wood and I liked it so well I am considering having my next birthday party there. I started with their house made chips with horseradish dip and was very pleased, not too heavy on the horseradish, just right. For my entree I tried the mushroom swiss burger cooked to my taste with a side of their homemade mac and cheese and it was da bomb, such large portions that I took most of it home with me. The wait staff is friendly and laid back, watched a couple eating and then playing cards. The tavern serves lunch and dinner besides of course drinks of all kinds and is open from 11 until 2 a.m. located at Main and Commercial, worth the short drive from Tulsa and on the same street is a fabulous chocolate/candy store and Stone Creek Spa. I give the MainStreet Tavern three forks up!

Last, somewhat of a disappointment for this diner. Sunday breakfast at the Blue Dome Diner in downtown Tulsa. The wait staff was friendly but slow as were the kitchen staff as everyone likes to stand around talking and laughing. I ordered the two egg breakfast with choice of meat and biscuit and gravy or pancakes, home fries included. The orange juice was freshly squeezed which is always nice.I asked for the eggs scrambled with light onions fried in and bacon and a biscuit and gravy. I also asked if they made their own gravy, I was assured they did, fyi, they do not, standard paste like mix gravy but the biscuit is great. The eggs were barely present as so many large chunks of chopped red onions were on top of them,  home fries thrown willy nilly on the plate with the eggs and bacon. The bacon is cut thick but was crisp and tasty. I ended up eating the bacon, a few home fries and about three bites of egg as the onions were so overwhelming and ate half of the biscuit. Since I was still hungry I orderd one pancake which could not be cut with a fork but had to be sawed at with a knife and stuck to the plate. I am convinced this diner can do better. I give it two forks.
